Fly into Reno-Tahoe International and drive to the south shore, approximately one hour and ten minutes. Check in at Edgewood Tahoe Resort.
Morning tee time at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course. This is the centerpiece round, and the lakefront closing stretch deserves full attention and energy.
Check out of Edgewood and drive north to Truckee, approximately fifty minutes. Drop luggage at the Best Western Plus Truckee-Tahoe, then head to Coyote Moon for an afternoon round.
Morning round at Old Greenwood, the Jack Nicklaus design that previously hosted the Barracuda Championship. At 7,518 yards from the tips with a 144 slope, this is the most demanding layout of the three, and the greenside bunkering requires precision.
Drive to Reno-Tahoe International, approximately forty minutes from Truckee. Morning flights are practical for early departures.

The split-stay structure solves the geographic challenge that most Lake Tahoe itineraries face. Rather than commuting fifty minutes each way between corridors, this itinerary moves once and uses each base efficiently. The south shore nights align with Edgewood and the lake-focused activities. The Truckee nights align with the northern courses and downtown dining. The transition on Day 3 doubles as a travel day and a golf day, losing no playing time to logistics.
The course sequence also builds intentionally. Edgewood is the marquee round and benefits from fresh energy. Coyote Moon is the most visually engaging and plays well as an afternoon round when the light hits the forest corridors. Old Greenwood is the most strategically demanding and rewards the sharpened game that two prior rounds at altitude provide.
